Kayla Benton has been promoted to Associate at DRAW Collective. As a key member of the Interior Design team for over 9 years, Kayla’s attention to detail, creativity and focus on empathic design have resulted in K-12 projects standing out and delighting our clients. She demonstrates a commitment to her work and our values. Her passion for collaboration and mentorship makes her a sought-after resource on our project teams.

Amy George, LEED AP has been promoted to Associate at DRAW Collective. Amy demonstrates versatility in her designs for higher education and community spaces. Her empathetic designs showcase her expertise while delivering outstanding design solutions with the end user in mind. Amy’s ability to translate clients’ needs into innovative design solutions is reflected in outcomes that are exceptional. This promotion recognizes her commitment to our values and her ongoing contributions to our project teams.

Timothy (Tim) Reidy, AIA, LEED Green Associate has been promoted to Associate at DRAW Collective. With over 15 years of experience on a variety of projects, Tim’s understanding of creating spaces that enhance the user experience has been invaluable to our clients. He possesses a skillset that allows him to bring a diverse perspective to his design work. As an Associate, he will continue to lead project teams, delight clients and deliver innovative solutions.

Jennifer Skripac, IIDA, NCIDQ has been promoted to Associate at DRAW Collective. Jennifer brings empathetic design to each carefully curated portfolio of projects— from higher education to community spaces, she is a valued member of our team. Jennifer’s ability to build trusted relationships with clients results in design solutions that are not only visually appealing but also highly functional, representing the owner’s vision.
