St. Clair Hospital established the goal of creating warm, inviting lobbies that might be more akin to the hospitality industry than a typical hospital.
The resulting design provides warm finishes, comfortable, semi-private seating areas, and a central information center. The fourth-floor lobby also serves the Hospital’s Conference Center that was included in the renovation project.
The style for the lobby renovations was established through an initial project to improve the fourth-floor lobby. A second project, including exterior facade improvements, provided similar finishes to the first-floor lobby, which is the primary access point from the Hospital’s parking garage.
