Hospital Food Service and Dining

Food service spaces in hospital environments offer families places to recharge and relax.  Facilities designed for St. Clair Hospital and The Washington Health Systems offer warm, bright serving areas with generous space for circulation.  Each facility was designed to accommodate a higher volume of diners that were anticipated from an expanded menu that included healthier food options.   Multiple serving stations, including self-service areas, allow diners to move quickly through the food court.

The improvements at each facility included break areas for staff and private dining rooms for staff meetings, training, as well as community learning sessions.
